My Favorite- Top 10 Flowers

Flowers are the symbol of beauty, love , colors, happiness and grace. As soon as we see a flower either we are awestruck with its beauty, or mesmerized by its fragrance and get a smile on our face. Different people have different choices for their favorite flowers depending upon the beauty, color, fragrance of the flower. So I hereby present you the my personal favorite Top 10 flowers.

10-Cherry Blossom- The best thing about the arrival of Spring in Japan is Cherry Blossom when these trees are at full bloom. The most popular colors are white and pink. Cherry blossom is the national flower of Japan. Cherry blossoms are mostly found in Taiwan, Korea, China, West Siberia, Iran, Pakistan, India, Canada, beside the Japan and United States.

09-White Lotus- The white lotus is called the Egyptian white water lily or the tiger lotus. They can be found in various parts of Southeast Asia and East Africa. The blossoms float on water with the support of its lily pads.

08-Bleeding Heart- This grows well in moist, cool climate. On blooming, up to 20 heart-shaped flowers would open on each stem. Bleeding heart can be found in pink, red, yellow and white colors. When small water drop appears at the tip of the flower these flowers truly look like bleeding hearts.

07-Lavender- They come in different colors like light purple, blue and violet. They are famous for their size, smell and beauty. Lavender represents purity, silence, devotion and luck. They are usually gifted to people for luck, wealth and wisdom. Purple colored lavenders stand for royalty, elegance and refinement.

06-Snapdragon- Snapdragons are wild flowers. It represents both deception and fascination. It is believed that when squeezed, this flower opens its mouth to reveal secret about the future.

05-Freesia- Freesia is bright colored, bell shaped flower with citrus fragrance. Freesia is known as 7th anniversary flower in the language of flowers. It epitomizes innocence, friendship and grace under pressure.

04- Orchids- With more than 25000 known species, orchids are one of the largest flowering plant in the world. They come in different varieties depending upon color, size and lifespan. The most highlighting features of orchids are their unique statutes and vibrant colors.

03- Tulips- Located in Netherlands, this large Keukenhof flower garden spreads across a vast land of 32 hectares is famous for displaying around millions of tulips in full bloom in spring. There are more than 3000 varieties of tulips from 150 different species in the world. This flower comes in all shades of colors except pure blue. Normally, each stem of a tulip has only one flower. Tulips open for 5-7 days.

02- Plumeria- Most species are deciduous shrubs or small trees. The species variously are mostly found in Mexico, Central America, Southeast Asia, Oceania and the Caribbean, and as far south as Brazil, but are grown as  ornamental in warm regions. They are available in beautiful soothing colors like white, baby pink, yellow and light orange.

01- Rose- The cultivation of roses was started in 500 B.C. Rose symbolizes love, honor, faith, beauty, and passion. There are 100+ different species of roses in the world. The truth is every species of rose has its own unique beauty. Naturally grown roses only have five petals and five sepals.
